Civ V is a 4x strategy gaming masterpeice, and thanks to the passive oversight of Sid Meier's, and the legacy he and Firaxis and others have built in the Civilization video game franchise, it's no wonder that Civ 5 remains one of the best historical strategy games to play in 2022, despite tough competition from Civ 6 vs Civ 5, and the newer Humankind vs Civ 5.
