EPISODE 37: This Super Delicious Overnight French Toast Recipe takes French Toast To A Whole New Level! Bread slices soaked up —overnight — in a bourbon vanilla custard. In the morning we smother the top with a caramel sauce. It gets popped into the oven and bakes to Perfection!
This Easy French Toast Casserole Is The Ultimate Holiday Or Weekend Breakfast!!

Overnight Custard mix together:
9 x 13 casserole dish
1 baguette or crusty bread
6 eggs
3/4 cups milk
3/4 cups 1/2 & 1/2 cream
2 tsp’s vanilla
2 Tbsp’s Bourbon
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Cover with plastic wrap and Place in fridge over night for 8 hours
In the morning make Caramel Sauce:
3/4 cups butter
1 + 1/3 cups brown sugar
3 Tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
• Whisk on low heat in a pot until well combined and mixture is bubbling and hot
• Pour over bread.
• Place casserole dish on a baking sheet. **This is important because the caramel sauce bubbles while it’s baking and can bubble out of the casserole dish and you don’t want to make a mess in your oven!
• Bake for 45 minutes on 350
