Today I tried making Champinones Al Ajillo ie Spanish Garlic Mushrooms. It usually involves adding some Dry Sherry but I used vinegar as a substitute. #shorts #mushrooms #spain
Ingredients
⁃ 6 cloves of garlic, diced
⁃ 10 small mushrooms, sliced
⁃ 1 tbsp of Dry Sherry or vinegar
⁃ 1 tsp of paprika
⁃ 2 tsp of lemon juice
⁃ salt and oil, to taste
⁃ 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
Method
1. Sauté the garlic and once it starts turning golden brown, add the mushrooms
2. Add a splash of Dry Sherry/vinegar, paprika, lemon juice and season with salt
3. Sprinkle with parsley and mix
4. Enjoy!
