This is what I like about collecting promo 45's. The record itself is full of wear and tear and the label shows the wounds as well, complete with station writing and a stamp that lets you know where it is from. In this case it means a lot to me personally because it is from the WARK Music Library. In the 1960's WARK was a top 40 station in Hagerstown, Maryland. I lived near Hagerstown from 1990 to 2007 which was basically my whole childhood. However when I was growing up, the oldies were on WARX and WARK had become a talk network that also played football games once in a while. This record just came into my collection today and it will never leave it due to the personal connection I have to it. Aside from that, it's a really good hit record by Ricky Cordo and the rest of the group, peaking at #22 on the charts. Notice also that Jerry Ragovoy's name was spelled wrong on the label! Enjoy!
