Made some great wings in the Napoleon Basket for the rotisserie. Seasoned with PS Seasoning Nashville Hot Honky Tonk.

• Started with a full pack of Bell and Evans Chicken Wings.
• Seasoned with PS Seasoning Nashville Hot Honky Tonk
• Set up the Frontgate Gas Grill with the rotisserie attachment and used the Napoleon Rotisserie Basket!
• Placed all of the chicken wings in the basket.
• Left them on for about 45 minutes and realized since the heat was at the back of the grill it was not getting hot enough. Turned on the bottom burners to finish them off.
• Tossed ½ of the wings in Red Hot and left ½ with just the seasoning.

Summary: The Rotisserie really works nice, and the Napoleon basket is a nice addition, and I will most likely do wings more often. Did learn with the basket and Jack’s grill the infrared is not the way to go and must heat from the bottom burners.
