2. Fold a large piece of parchment paper in half.
3. Arrange the vegetables near the fold.
4. Add the fish.
5. Drizzle with a little olive oil and top with lemon rounds.
6. Seal the package.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
8. Tear into the package and serve!
