Jaina Proudmoore was at one point thought to be the guilty party but players quickly dismissed Jaina Proudmoore as having done this awful thing. However, I now believe without a doubt that we have proof of her undeniable guilt.

Jaina Proudmoore in addressing the Kirin Tor ' Will you act when Teldrassil falls, when they are burning a world tree, will you act then? what will it take for you to see that they are evil '

This happened of course right after the fall of Theramore, and her goal was to have the Kirin'tor to destroy with magic the entire city of Orgirmar and all that are in it.

Jaina Proudmoore has a deep hatred for the whole horde and she will stop at nothing to destroy them, even if that means framing the Horde for burning the world tree Teldrassil.

Throughout Legion, Jaina has been Missing, she left in a fit of anger when the Kirin'tor were working with the Horde. Where has she been? I feel that she was rallying help both from within the Alliance and possibly from Wrathian.

Otherwise, Why would she have disappeared so abruptly and stay gone throughout the whole legion expansion?Let's take a look at a couple of the Whispers of Ilgynoth.

' Her heart is a crater and we have filled it '

Theramore reduced to a crater of Rubble and the old Gods have filled her heart with vengeance and revenge even more than we ever thought.

' Its surface burns bright masking shadows from below '
The Surface that burns would, in my opinion, would be Teldrassil burning, The shadows that it masks would be the betrayal of Jaina Proudemoore

Now let's take a look at what Varimathras had to say to both the Horde and the Alliance
Varimathras to the Alliance says:

Varimathras: So, your Alliance still endures. Longer than I expected, though she has already planted the seeds of its downfall. She is patient, that one. When your thrones run red with betrayal... when your holy places burn and the shattered mask hangs above your hearth... only then you will know. And it will be too late. It matters not. You are blind to the true darkness closing in around you.

Varimathras To the horde he says:

Varimathras: So, she found me at last. Sent her underlings to finish the job. Tell me, when she seized your throne of hides and bones, was your allegiance forced? No... I'd wager you surrendered it willingly... or were convinced you did. It matters not. You are blind to the darkness in your midst.

Now there are a few questions that come to mind here:

Should we trust Varimathras?

Yes, I feel we should and that Varimathras has been truthful with us, even though his words may be confusing to a degree, I will be doing a separate video on this subject and showing you in that video why I believe Varimathras has been honest with us in his words to both factions.
Why do I believe that it is now undeniably Jaina who betrays the Alliance and frames the Horde?

Back in Mist of Pandaria (2012) when Theromore was mana bombed, destroying Theromore creating a crater of rubble, This is when Jaina Proudmoore thought it wise to go to the Kirin'tor and ask that they destroy Orgrimar. When they were not eagerly in agreement with Jaina Proudmoore she asks of them

' Will you act when Teldrassil falls, when they are burning a world tree, will you act then? what will it take for you to see that they are evil '

This was 6 years ago and yet it seems that Jaina had foreseen the fall of Teldrassil. I don't believe in any way that Jaina was able to see 6 years into the future which leaves us only one logical answer. The answer that even back in Mist of Pandaria Jaina was planning how she would frame the Horde, and betray the Alliance.
