✨ Ingredients:
Remove loin chops from the fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking. Place them on a paper towel-lined cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels. Season well with salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, minced onion flakes, lemon pepper seasoning.
Make sauce with, keerigold garlic butter, a squirt of garlic butter, a teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning tablespoon of garlic flavored olive oil. tablespoon in a half of rosemary (chopped) and parsley (chopped) zested lemon. Stir and place in refrigerator.
Cook lamb chops 3-4 mins, turning them over and keeping a close eye on them.
Make additional sauce with leftover lamp chop oil, add in 1 small chopped shallot and 1 small chopped garlic to pan, let brown. add in butter paste, a cup of cooking wine, tablespoon of butter, three to four drops of lemon juice. let cook for 2-3 minutes until wine is cooked off.
Drizzle sauce over cooked lamb chops and Enjoyed!
