Even more with this game there is a great community of Modders who upload some awesome stuff to the Steam Workshop for you to download safely and modify your game to make it more real. Search for Sisl and Real Companies!
Other mods are available from various websites but you do need to be careful what you download. For my traffic mods I use Jazzycat and TrafficManiac for both games.
