The mayor of Ukraine's capital Kyiv has said Russian troops are inching closer to the city. A massive Russian military convoy -- estimated to be around 65km long -- has been reportedly delayed by logistics challenges, including shortages of food and fuel. Singaporean Ix Shen, who has been living in Kyiv with his Ukrainian wife, shared more about the precautions residents are taking, and the most pressing challenges they are facing.
