Good news for some as the House of Lords clearly has the government on the back foot announcing delay to the private sector reforms for a full year due to COVID19.
Somewhat paradoxically the damage these reforms are doing to the nHS and risks to COVID19 preparedness were ignored by a Rishi Sunak who once again pledged to give the NHS anything it required.
IHPA is clear - it requires the urgent suspension of these reforms.
