Color Shading is a Lua script originally created by Dom John and later contributed to by David Capello and myself.
I've been diligently working on it, fixing bugs by rethinking the code logic and introducing exciting new features, including auto color picking from the eyedropper and color palette (similar to PyxelEdit).
