This complex combat system, as well as others that were brought from Russia, were delivered according to the already known scheme through other and third countries as fictitious buyers of Russian weapons, and Serbia appeared as the last buyer in this deal, which procures these weapons for the Serbian army.

I ovaj složeni borbeni sistem kao i ostali koji su dopremljeni iz Rusije su isporučeni po već poznatoj šemi preko drugih i trećih zemalja kao fiktivnih kupaca ruskog naoružanja, da bi se u tom poslu kao poslednji kupac pojavila Srbija koja nabavlja to naoružanje za srpsku vojsku.
