Dr Donald Berry, of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, University of Texas, talks about adaptive deisgn for clinical trials. This includes identifying which patient populations benefit most, indentifying which drugs are most effective and the doses to be used in future trials. He also discusses the drugs investigated for target therapies, specifically for breast cancer treatment.
