Eco Haute was designed and built to qualify for LEEDS certification using environmentally sound building techniques; Recycled steel construction, off grid solar power, gravel pave drive and recycled waste water. The goal was self sufficiency without sacrificing comfort. You'll find it hard to take your eyes off the island and ocean views that surround the '''Haute''. There is a king master bedroom and a small 'Yoga' room with a queen Murphy bed. The sunny great room has comfortable furnishings and Dish Network TV. The fully equipped galley style cook's kitchen features stainless appliances and quartz counter tops. Each room has high ceilings with ceiling fans and each open onto an expansive porch and pool deck.
