D4532 has the seals for piston itself and cap for brake fluid screw.
D4468 has the same as D4532 with additional seals for hand brake and seals for guiding pins.
In D4846C you get additionally piston, grease and set of different size screws to bleed the system.
D4846K has additional mechanism in piston.
In my personal opinion those parts are very good quality.
