Birmingham, AL's District 9 Councilor LaTonya Tate met with members of the clergy to provide updates on and continue to cast vision for community stabilization efforts, giving her and partnering organizations an opportunity to communicate how District 9 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars had been and would continue to be spent in support of the community.
