This is the maximum possible sword combat melee dmg that is possible in the game now. It comes at the cost of losing your samurai's 5 strike ultimate. Is it worth that though? It is hard to say so you decided and let me know your thoughts in the comments. On my channel I have recently also done:
-Masamune's + deep strikes+ 5 hit ultimate
-Enjo's + deep strikes + 5 hit ultimate

Both the latter have cleared solo faster so if speed is the goal I'd say this video isn't worth it for you. Thanks for watching. Cheers!
