The State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Dr. Balaam Barugahara has joined the congregation at St. Peter's Cathedral in Soroti District for the Sunday service in Soroti Diocese, ahead of the Youth Day celebrations.
In his address, Minister Balaam cautioned the youth against misusing the government seed capital.
