Brutal Doom mod for the original Doom series.
If you love Doom your gonna love this mod!
First 3 levels of Doom II are played using this mod. Sit back and enjoy the gore!

Source Port used: Skulltag (Skulltag was used at the time of capturing this)

**Update**
Seems Kurikai has dropped support for the Skulltag version of DHTP.
I have briefly tested the DHTP for GZDoom in Zandronum and it seems to work.
You could always post over on the forum and enquire if proper support for Zandronum will be added.

INSTALLATION.
---------------------

1: Download and Install Zandronum.

2: Copy your original game .wad files (Doom.wad, Doom2.wad, Heretic.wad, or Hexen.wad) into Zandronum main directory, for me it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Zandronum.
NOTE: If you have the Steam versions of Doom then Zandronum should auto detect the .wad files so no need to copy from steam to Zandronum.

3: Download Brutal Doom mod and unzip the .pk3 file in Zandronums Skin folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zandronum\skins
NOTE: Anything placed into the skins folder should auto load with Zandronum.

4: Load up Zandronum choose which game to play by selecting the wad. Zandronum should load with Brutal Doom mod already activated, Enjoy.

5: High Resolution Textures.
Seems the old method for getting the HR textures to load in Zandronum no longer work.
Fear not however you can still get them working in the game.
Download the latest DHTP from [ Ссылка ] (yes they have a zandronum pack now).
After you have downloaded it, open the .pk3 with winrar\winzip\7-zip. Inside you shall see a few folders and files. You need to extract the "textures" & "flats" folders and place them into the main installation directory of Zandronum.

This is the easiest way to get Brutal Doom up and running.
