EASY!! Mixed Veg Stir Fry For EVERY Meal | PAD PAK RUAM MIT
This is one of those flexible dishes that can be easily adapted and adjusted, you can use whatever vegetables you want. Quick to cook, easy to cook, has infinite number of combinations.

Here's the recipe:
2x Tbsp oyster sauce
2x Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp sugar
Cooking oil
Dash of water
Whatever veg you want to use, we used:
broccoli, celery, carrot, cauliflower, mushroom and baby corn
As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.
