Short video of the tire bead seating on a new trailer tire. At the end of the clip the bead snaps into place and a large drop of tire lube (soap like compound) is ejected out of the tire bead up and to the left at a high velocity. This is a good example of why eye protection is recommended when doing mechanical work.
