During the Battle of Kashyyyk, Luminara fought alongside Yoda, but when Darth Sidious issued Order 66 it was believed she met her end at the hands of her own clone troopers. But rather, Luminara was taken captive by the Galactic Empire for a sinister purpose. Imprisoned on Stygeon Prime, she was executed within her cell, and her remains were used by the Grand Inquisitor. The Inquisitors spread rumors of Luminara’s survival, using her remains as bait to ensnare surviving Jedi.
