On the hottest day in summer 2022, I went with my husband to Brighton, and saw this up-side-down house near the beach. This video is not done with an electronic turning animation. My husband and me were labouring for almost an hour, trying to take this video by turning the phone around its own axis whilst keeping the house in the frame without wobbling too much… excerpts from a mad recording of ‘Hora Matishore’, a Romanian Gypsy piece, which I recorded a while ago in Turkey, felt just like the right music to accompany such fun nonsense…
