Smoking while you’re pregnant is dangerous for you and your baby.
Becki has four top tips for staying smokefree while you're pregnant.
1. Speak to your midwife or GP about free support. You are three times more likely to quit smoking with support.
2. Use nicotine replacement therapy (it's safe to use when pregnant).
3. Quit completely - don't just cut down.
4. Don't let friends or family smoke near you, in your home or car.
