This is an update video. I was able to run a stand fan on low and the Coleman thermoelectric cooler. In full sunlight around 4pm the panel was producing 5.5 amps and charging the two 22aH AGM at around 13.8Vdc with a cloud passing over. Running both the fan and cooler the amp draw was around 8 - 9 amps the panel in full direct sunlight will keep the batteries at around 12.8Vdc. It will run the cooler all day with no effect on the batteries.
I plan to make more update videos to see what the best possible power outcome I can have.
