In this video we cover my driving impressions and review of the 2024 Volvo XC60 Recharge Ultimate finished in Bright Dusk with the gray wool interior. The Volvo XC60 remains a carryover for 2025 with only changes to the trim name. It was refreshed during the 2022MY with a larger battery and electric motor for a total output of 455 hp and 523 lb-ft of torque. With an EPA range of 35 miles, we handily beat that number in my testing. With this one being a nearly fully equipped Ultimate with additional options, there was very little to dislike about the vehicle. The build quality was fantastic, the ride was excellent, and the design is still relevant. My biggest issue with the XC60 was the infotainment and sound glitches I encountered that made audio go silent until the car sat overnight. If this can be resolved, I would highly recommend the XC60 Recharge for what it offers. Not many vehicles feel this complete these days and this was one of them.
