"I'd been unable to do the things I used to enjoy, and I wanted to be able to get back to doing those things.
I thought of getting treatment because of the spinal stenosis and all sorts of problems with my lumbar area, and disc bulging and disc protrusion. When it came down to my left and right knee, I also have osteoarthritis in there, and I have rheumatoid arthritis.
As far as physical relief [from treatment], my back pain... my mobility has increased, where my pain has gone down.
Things that were difficult were the everyday things....bringing in groceries from the car, tying my shoes. When you have a problem with your lumbar, those little things become enormous.
[Now] I can do them! I can put my shoes on and off, and put my socks on and off!
