The Sustainable Improvement team, together with the Horizons team, has launched a refreshed version of Leading Large Scale Change: A Practical Guide [ Ссылка ]. The guide has been designed to support STPs and other leaders of large scale change across the system to meet the challenges laid out in the NHS Five Year Forward View and the Next Steps on the Five Year Forward View documents.

The guide provides a vital and comprehensive round-up of all the latest thinking and practical approaches and tools that can be used in advancing large scale change programmes.
