A 5-year old Eitan Biran’s medical condition is improving. Little boy was essentially orphaned on Sunday on a cable-car crash in #Italy. #Biran is the sole survivor of the #crash, and doctors in Castelli hospital say they’re slowly lifting him out of an induced coma with a team of psychologists on hand for the moment he wakes. The bad news is that the terrible incident could likely have been completely avoided to begin with.
