Hello, welcome back to my channel :) Today I am at home cooking a easy chicken pozole. The ingredients and measurements you’ll need are down below.

2 teaspoon season salt
2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 onion powder
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 oregano
1/2 cumin
1/2 onion




Rojo sauce 👇🏽
six new mexico chilies or guajillo chilies, one ancho chili and three arbol chilies. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add one teaspoon of chicken bullion and blend. Then put chili mixture through a strainer before adding it to your pozole.
