Ingredients:
3cl Irish Whisky
1 stick of brown Sugar
Double Espresso
Whipped Cream
Eggnog
Cinnamon and a coffee bean as garnish
Preparation:
- Caramelize the sugar in the glass.
- Pour the Whisky into the glass, ensuring it is at room temperature.
- Flambé the whisky within the glass.
- Extinguish the flames by pouring in a shot of Espresso.
- Stir the drink well.
- In a separate jug, combine whipped cream and eggnog to create a velvety, semi-liquid mixture.
- Pour the whipped cream eggnog blend into the glass over the back of a spoon, allowing it to form a 3 cm thick layer on top of the Irish coffee.
