This video demonstrates the surgical technique of manual Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK) using Fogla Stromal Separator (New instrument from Bausch & Lomb, Storz, USA). Manual DALK is indicated when scars involve the Descemet Membrane and air injection is not possible. This instrument can also be used to complete surgery incase of failed Big Bubble post stromal air injection.
