Arudra Nakshatra is auspicious for Shiva Puja. Vedas receommed to worship Lord Shiva on every Arudra Nakshatra. ‘Ardra’ denotes wetness. As Shiva is Abhisheka Priya, our Purohits are performing Rudrabhishekam to 1000 year old Marakata Shivalinga (made of emerald) in a temple in Hyderabad. Along with that, they are invoking the divine energies of Divine Panchakshari Mantra “OM NAMAH SHIAVYA” with the sacred Panchakshari Homam.
