Bittersweet chocolate ganache for macarons recipe:
1:1.5 cream
-50g of bitter chocolate 60%
-75g of heavy cream
1. Chop the chocolate
2. Heat the cream but do not boil
3. Pour cream over chocolate, stir until chocolate is melted
4.If the chocolate is not melted, put the bowl in a water bath and melt the chocolate completely
5. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge overnight to harden
6. Ready
