The corruption case against former president Jacob Zuma and French company Thales will finally go to trial.
The Pietermaritzburg High Court has certified it as trial-ready, while the state and all parties agreed to the trial beginning on the 17th of May.
The accused are facing charges of fraud, racketeering and money laundering relating to a multibillion rand arms deal in the 1990s
