This C151B is the second and final C151B to go through an overhaul work. Both 687/688 and 689/690 went Mia to TWD for 4 weeks and was back to service. 689/690 unfortunately didn’t last and immediately went to UPD and gone to NSL. Now left this. Time will tell when it will hit UPD again
