The Netherlands plans to deliver 2 Alkmaar-class minehunters to Ukraine. It will also receive equipment purchased directly from industry. These are drone detection radar systems and so-called M3 bridge- and ferrying systems to quickly build bridges. This was announced by Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren in Ukraine today. With her Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov, she visited the heavily bombed port cities of Mykolajiv and Odessa in the south of the country in recent days.
