Tito Jackson is an American musician and singer, best known as a member of The Jackson 5, one of the most iconic groups in the history of popular music. Born Toriano Adaryll Jackson on October 15, 1953, in Gary, Indiana, he was one of the nine Jackson siblings, including Michael and Janet Jackson, who became global superstars.

Early Career and The Jackson 5
Tito, along with his brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael, formed The Jackson 5 in the 1960s. They were discovered by Motown Records, where they produced hit songs like "I Want You Back," "ABC," and "I'll Be There." The group’s infectious blend of soul, pop, and R&B made them a sensation, and they were among the first African American artists to reach mainstream success across racial lines in America.

Solo Career
While Tito was mostly a background figure compared to the more famous members of the family (especially Michael), he later pursued a solo career. In 2003, he began performing as a solo blues artist and released his debut solo album, "Tito Time", in 2016. The album included the single "Get It Baby", which featured rapper Big Daddy Kane.

Personal Life
Tito Jackson was married to Delores "Dee Dee" Martes from 1972 until 1993. They had three children together, who also became involved in music, forming a group called 3T. Tragically, Dee Dee was murdered in 1994, and Tito has spoken about the impact of that event on his life.

Despite the challenges, Tito remains an important figure in the Jackson family's musical legacy. His work as a guitarist, singer, and performer is often overshadowed by his more famous siblings, but he has continued to perform and contribute to the family's enduring influence on music.
