NRM presidential candidate and incumbent Yoweri Museveni has pledged to implement a comprehensive plan to protect people from floods in Bukedea district. Whenever River Sironko bursts its banks, especially now with the El-nino rains, the floods destroy homes and gardens in the neighbouring areas. The president concluded his campaigs in Teso-sub region before heading to Kween and Bukwo districts where he held more rallies.
