Is it social media or excess light exposure that causes the most damage to young brains?
Today we look at research findings showing young people who get more light during the day and less at night are less likely to suffer from mental health issues, including depression.
On the other hand, exposure to artificial light from computers, tablets and handsets are seen to promote mental health issues.
We look at what we can put in place to empower our young people to better manage their mental health and wellbeing at a time when modern demands of coursework and homework is at its peak.
