How do you treat autoimmune disease naturally? Perhaps you’ve been doing a conventional approach with your doctor and want to try a more natural diet and lifestyle method, like the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP diet). Is it really better? Does still having to take medication mean you’ve failed?
I share this and what I ate for the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol (AIP diet) on days 16-18 - as well as how my symptoms have changed in the 18 days.
