Hi! My name is Carly, I'm a 3rd-semester didactic PA-S and about to start my clinical rotations in May.
I know how hard (and scary) it is preparing for PA school, and I know that watching these videos back in the day when I was in pre-PA stages helped me tremendously. Hope I can do the same for even a few people out there.

What was your undergraduate degree in?
Biochemistry BS, with a minor in Sociology

What was your clinical experience before PA school?
I worked for 5 years as an EMT, both volunteer and paid. I also became part of the agency's business administration my last few months before PA school. In the summers I worked as health director at a kid's camp.

Did you take time off between undergraduate and PA school?
Yes, 1 year, but I worked full-time as an EMT / business administrator at the agency.

How long is your program?
24 months; first 12 are didactic, the remaining are clinical rotations!
