I decided to breed black soldier flies medium scale for commercial sales and this being the middle of winter I needed to construct a hot room. This is not exactly a step by step but shows the basic construction of an insulation fly room and a basic explanation of how it's done. If anyone have more questions I can do my best to explain in more detail in the comments. Black soldier flies are excellent sources of protein and calcium for all sorts of animals.
