Aminon is the current mega boss of Sortie. This video provides tips on taking him down with a "slow and steady" approach using Absorb-TP and Darkness-based damage.

This run was filmed on Lightsday, which is not advisable if you can help it. We've done runs on other days of the week and it makes a noticeable difference on resists and spell damage.

The strategy in a nutshell: Lock Aminon in "Darkness Mode" after forcing him to use Bane of Tartarus and spamming Absorb-TP. Then, chip away at him with SCH Distortion into COR Darkness with Death magic bursts. SCH should MB Noctohelix II only when it needs to be reapplied, and try to land a magic burst Impact before helix to hit the 9,999 per tick damage limit. Relentlessly prevent Aminon's TP gain using the tips outlined in this video so he never changes modes, and eventually the damage will come and you'll be victorious!
