The singing of struggle songs deemed offensive by some groups will come under the spotlight at the Supreme Court of Appeal on Monday.
The SCA will hear AfriForum's appeal against the Equality Court order that found that the song ''Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer'' does not constitute hate speech.
AfriForum sought to declare that singing that song, along with ''Biza a Mafirebrigate'' constituted hate speech and unfair discrimination.
Its application against the EFF and its leaders, Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, was dismissed by the Equality Court last year.
Afriforum CEO, Kalli Kriel joins us for more.
