I took my Intermediate Foundation ballet exam in November 2018 at the age of 29. I have uploaded videos of me dancing the entire syllabus.

These videos were filmed in my gym's pilates studio so for some dances I had to adjust my travelling to stay within camera shot and avoid the walls.

My channel is all about enjoying ballet as an adult. I am aware my technique is far from perfect but I hope to encourage others to dance and that with all my flaws I'm far less intimidating to watch than the teenagers on the DVD.
