Within the world's leading style magazines, Mr Derek Blasberg is as ubiquitous in the party pages as he is on the mastheads. The Missouri-born New Yorker, therefore, needs a wardrobe that works just as hard as he does. "It was always important for me to look my best and get dressed up," he says. "My mother told me appearance isn't the most important thing, but it definitely matters. Fashion isn't what you put on every morning; it's a way of life."
