Have teachers ever told you about percents, fractions and decimals? Did they tell you 33% is 1/3 and 0.999... is 1? If so, they are wrong.

Sorry about my handwriting. Even a person who is 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, or more and less aren't experts at writing.

BTW, I wrote this on an old workbook I used to write on at school before the present day.
