TRADISI MEGIBUNG BALI - the tradition behind the Balinese feast
Have you heard about Megibung? A traditional Balinese feast held after ceremonies in groups of 5-7 people sitting around one large banana leaf and eating scrumptious food with your hands. Megibung is full of values and to go by certain rules while eating is very typical. I had the chance to have a look into the kitchen of ILA Kitchen & Villa while they told me more about this Eastern Balinese tradition.
